Ford Factory

In 2019, Access acquired the Ford Factory building located in the Los Angeles Arts District. The 257,000ft2 former Ford assembly factory and salesroom now houses the west coast headquarters of Warner Music Group. With neighbors Soho House, Hauser & Wirth and Sci-Arc, the fully renovated property is the centerpiece of a district undergoing a cultural renaissance as one of Los Angeles’s premier live, work and play neighborhoods.

Sunset Tower

In 2017, Access partnered with developer Jeff Klein to buy a majority and controlling stake in Sunset Tower, the 81-room Art Deco hotel located on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.  The hotel features two restaurants, a pool with sweeping views of Los Angeles, a 24-hour fitness center, a salon and spa.  The Hollywood institution is a clubhouse for locals and home to the famed Tower Bar, a favorite of celebrities and influencers from around the globe.

Faena Group

Faena Group is developing the Faena Art District, a 300,000-square-meter construction space in Buenos Aires, that began with the reconstruction of the El Porteño Building, a century-old structure, and the creation of the Faena Hotel+Universe. Other Faena properties in development in Latin America include the Bariloche, a 47-hectare waterfront property in Patagonia, and Jose Ignacio beach resort in Uruguay.

Faena Hotel Miami Beach

Faena Hotel Miami Beach is set on a stretch of beach on Collins Avenue in the heart of the Faena District. The hotel is home to the 3,000 square-foot Faena Theater featuring world-class shows and Tierra Santa Healing House, a one-of-a-kind South American inspired spa dedicated to the art of well-being. The hotel features works by artists Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Alberto Garutti, and Juan Gatti.

Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat

In 2006 Access acquired the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. Sited on 17 acres of landscaped gardens with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the hotel features 73 guestrooms across the original Palace and the New Residence. The offered rooms are a combination of garden, seaside and pool suites, as well the private villa, Villa Rose Pierre. Guests and locals can also use the award-winning spa, enjoy gourmet and casual dining (including its Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cap with Executive chef, Didier Anies,), and one of the most beautiful pools in the world. The original Rotunda, with its magnificent bay windows and views of the sea over the pines, was designed and built by Gustave Eiffel in 1909. In connection with its 100th anniversary in 2009 and since, numerous expansion and renovation projects have celebrated the hotel’s rich past while inaugurating a new era of luxury for guests. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has managed the hotel since May 2015.

Access acquired The Ocean Club on Paradise Island in The Bahamas in 2014. The 107 room Ocean Club, managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, sits on a prime 36-acre beachfront site overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Grand Peaks

Based in Denver, Colorado, Grand Peaks is a fully integrated organization combining innovative development with real estate financing and property management. Grand Peaks owns and manages communities in Colorado, Florida, Oregon, and Texas. The company also owns land for development in Texas, Colorado, and Washington. Grand Peaks specializes in all aspects of multifamily management from luxury to tax credit communities.
